I always wanted to try kickboxing but never was confident enough. I found Elite ladies' kickboxing group advertised on fbook. Communication was straightforward and put me in ease. I was excited to start my classes, and what an absolute pleasure the ladies who run the class have been. Very friendly, funny, motivated. It's a brilliant workout. You work all ur muscles, improve ur strength and balance. Good music choice. Over all its been brilliant 🥳 I'm looking forward to see how much I can progress and improve my physical and mental health

Absolutely! I'd say the elite ladies beginners kickboxing class was one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time. I have always struggled to prioritise my physical health because I struggled to find exercise that I enjoyed or felt good at, but these classes have been amazing. There's a real sense of community and team spirit and it genuinely feels like a safe space to come every week. Walking in on my own for the first time was nerve wracking but I quickly met others in the same boat and everyone was really welcoming. So thank you, I hope I can continue with kickboxing for a long time to come!
