Our teens and juniors kickboxing classes provide a positive, structured space for young people to move, release energy, and build confidence at every stage of growing up. With school pressures, busy schedules, and increasing screen time, many children and teens don’t always get the chance to move with purpose or feel strong in themselves.
Kickboxing helps develop coordination, focus, discipline, and resilience while improving fitness and body awareness. Beyond the physical skills, students learn respect, self-control, and how to manage emotions in a healthy way, skills that carry into school, friendships, and home life.
Classes are age-appropriate, supportive, and led by Instructors who encourage effort, confidence, and personal progress. Whether your child is full of energy, lacking confidence, or simply looking for something they can enjoy and grow with, kickboxing gives them a strong foundation for everyday life.

Who are we?

Elite Ladies Kickboxing is a fierce, all-women community—and now a space for juniors and teens too—where every punch, kick, and high-five celebrates the power of showing up just as you are. We’re not a gym of perfect fighters; we’re a sisterhood of everyday women who started with zero experience, zero confidence, and a whole lot of “I can’t.” Today, every single one of our coaches is proof of what happens when you don’t quit.

Our instructors are all ladies who rose through the ranks of Elite Ladies Kickboxing. They walked in knowing nothing, put on the trial gloves, and stumbled through their first class. Through sweat, laughter, and group chats, they climbed the ranks, joined the instructor programme, earned their ELK Instructor certification, and now lead their own packed classes—cheering louder for your wins than their own. They get the nerves, the sore muscles, the breakthrough moments, because they lived them.
