Meet Our Instructors

The faces behind the pads, the pep talks, and the occasional 'just one more round..'

The people who'll celebrate your wins, remind you to keep your hands up, convince you that "one more round" is a great idea, and help you achieve things you never thought possible.

Our coaching team brings a mix of experience, passion, personality, and probably far too much enthusiasm for kickboxing. We asked each instructor a few questions about themselves, then went one step further and got the inside scoop from the people who know them best... their students.

So, what are they really like? What makes their classes special? Why do women keep coming back week after week?

Click on the profiles below to meet your instructor through their own words and the honest voices of the women they coach.

You'll hear things like...

"She's hilarious."

"She's absolutely bonkers... in the best possible way."

"She'll push you to your limits."

Because that's Abby.
Her classes are known for "banging tunes," "catchy combos," dancing, games and the infamous "cheeky burpees." Somehow, she has mastered the art of making people work harder than they ever imagined while making them laugh all the way through.

"Abby makes the class so much fun you don't even realise she has you doing burpees!"

"I've never laughed so much but also trained harder in my life."

Behind the fun is a coach who genuinely cares.

"She knows exactly when to push you and when to let you just punch it out."

"She believed in me every step of the way."

"She always has time for every lady there."

"She creates a space where I can be me, unfiltered."

"She is unapologetically herself, and that creates the perfect environment to grow and have fun."

"The community she's created is a fantastically crazy sisterhood where we punch, kick, bob, weave, dance, laugh and sometimes forget what we're supposed to be doing!"

There's plenty of laughter, dancing and fun, but there's also purpose behind every class.

"The vibe is full of love and laughter, but the focus on progression and passion for kickboxing is kick-ass."

Her students know they're supported both inside and outside the gym.

"Kyra cares that every single lady gets something from the class."

Ask her students what keeps them coming back, and the answer is simple. Kyra isn't just building stronger kickboxers. She's building confidence, creating connection and leading a sisterhood where every woman is welcomed, supported and encouraged to become the very best version of herself.

Some final words from Kyra - life is crazy, so many people expect so much from you, give yourself an hour a week to just be you and think about nothing else than hitting the pads in front of you!
