What are the rules and what evidence do I need to mark it as complete?
All tasks have to be started on or after 1st April 2026 to count towards your Bingo card
Fair Play Rules
This challenge is built on honesty, effort, and respect for others.
-
All tasks must be completed by the participant themselves
-
Proof must accurately reflect genuine completion of the task
-
Any attempt to falsify, stage, or misrepresent completion will result in disqualification
-
As questions arise we will update task info to ensure clarity on task expectations
Play fair, back yourself, and enjoy the process.
Task that require pictures, videos or screenshots

Videos Record your task from the start to finish, make sure the video is clear and shows the full task
-
Do 150 punches in 1min
-
You can pick your punches. Remember to make them full punches, resetting back to guard and fully extending each time.
-
-
Complete a 1min plank in class
-
If you know a plank is coming, record yourself doing the full minute...yes knees off the ground and in plank for 1 continuous minute. This may be tough and you may have to push but you have absolutely got this.
-
-
Did 10min stretching after class
-
Stretching after class is so beneficial for you. Set a timer and do a 10min stretch. We would love a video but do realise 10min is a long time to record, so you can get an instructor to vouch for you we will accept it
-
-
Do 30 Squats in 1min in class
-
Get a recording of you doing 30 squats in one continuous minute
-
-
Do 50 straight punches followed by 40 star jumps
-
This ones not timed (but bonus points if you do it quickly). Straight punches (ie jab and cross) should be full punches fully reaching out and resetting back to guard before throwing the next punch. Star jumps can be low or high impact ones

-

Task that we can track and confirm with your instructor
-
Attended class 4 weeks in a row & Attended class 8 weeks in a row
-
Don't break your streak! Attend one ELK kickboxing class a week for 4 or 8 consecutive weeks, if you miss a week you have to start back at the beginning.
The streak only counts if it started on or after the 1st April 2026
-
-
Made up a missed class
-
If you have missed an ELK class this year then head to one of our other locations to make it up.
-
Pro tip - make sure the instructor adds your attendance so we can confirm you attended
If you've been to every session this year (well done to you!!) then choose a different location to attend for a week. -
The missed session needs to be made up on or after the 1st April 2026
-
-
Brought a friend for a trial
-
A friend can be anyone you know (that isn't a member of ELK) that you bring along to join a class.
-
Please remember to let your instructor know you are bringing a friend along to class
-
-
Got a friend to join and complete the free 4 week course
-
Give one of your VIP passes to someone you know and get them to attend 4 weeks, once they have attended all 4 weeks you can tick that box off
-
-
Cheered on other students in class
-
It can be during conditioning, a tough drill, and even just doing your rounds, cheer on those around you and help encourage them.
-
-
Trained with someone who is not my regular training partner
-
We all have that one person we train with. And training with other people can be just as beneficial for your journey. So for one class find someone different and train with them for the whole class.
-
-
Learnt a new kickboxing technique in class
-
It can be anything - footwork, a punch, defence or kick. As long as it's a new technique.
-
Bonus point if you record it and share it with us on ELK Next Level
-

Task that we can't really track so will have to trust that you are being truthful
-
Show up on a day you didn't really feel like going to class
-
We all have those days where the couch is calling and it would be easier to stay home. But you head to class anyways
-
-
Completed a high energy finisher without modifications
-
Please still work around injuries. If you can't do something due to injuries or medical reasons then please make the adjustments you need.
-
If you don't need to adjust for the above reasons then do the full high energy workout. will it be tough? absolutely!!! but you will feel amazing for pushing through
-
-
Spoke positively to yourself on a tough round
-
It could be tough because it's an intense round, or maybe you've had a long day, or it could even be a technique your struggling with.
-
Give yourself some grace and be positive, you've absolutely got this!
-
-
Leave a class feeling better than when you arrived
-
I think this will be an easy one to accomplish
-
-
Pushed through on a tough round
-
It's a hard round but don't give in, push through and finish strong!
-
-
Helped another student with a technique
-
It could be giving someone pointers on how to do a technique that you know. Letting your partner know their guard is dropping whenever they do a specific technique
-
-
Completed a "no complaints class"
-
The whole class! No complaint (yes, even if we don't hear it). Focus on the positives from the moment you walk into class until you leave
-
-
Share one or more songs you love working out to with your instructor
-
Instructors love knowing the songs you enjoy working out to! Let your know so they can add it to their playlist.
