Ages 13 -99 

 

These sessions are for women who want to feel better in real life, not just fitter on paper.

 

Kickboxing helps you:
• Switch your brain off for an hour and release stress
• Handle tough days with more patience and energy
• Feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your body
• Sleep better and feel less tense
• Do everyday things with more ease, from lifting to walking
• Leave class lighter, calmer, and proud you showed up

No experience needed. No pressure. Just a supportive room where you can move, breathe, and reset

Teens

Ages 11-17

 

Teen kickboxing gives young people tools they actually use day to day.

 

It helps teens:
• Feel more confident at school and socially
• Manage stress, frustration, and big emotions
• Improve focus and self-control
• Build healthy routines away from screens
• Learn how to stand tall, set boundaries, and back themselves

Structured, positive, and supportive, with coaches who care.

For kids, kickboxing builds skills that show up at home and in school.

• Listen better and follow instructions
• Improve balance, coordination, and body control

Classes are fun, safe, and designed to help kids grow in confidence, not pressure.
