The Get Stronger Kickboxing Bootcamp is a monthly 2 hour block with a 90 min training session + 30 min guided stretch designed to help you build fitness, improve movement, and feel better in your body.


All levels welcome, whether you're a beginner or a pro, we've got you. All the moves come with modifications so you can progress from where you are today. We bring the options; you bring the effort. Scale it to you and level up at your own pace.


It’s a structured kickboxing fitness session that combines high-energy drills, strength-based movement, and conditioning work to push your fitness in a supportive environment.
