This seminar is ideal for both newer sparrers and more experienced members who want to sharpen, refine, and better understand sparring. Over the 4 focused hours you will build your confidence and basics in sparring.

If sparring has ever felt intimidating, unpredictable, or like something you’re not quite ready for, this is where that uncertainty gets replaced with clarity and control.

We strip everything back to the foundations and rebuild it step by step, so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming.
